Some say the chance that a hard-core addict can beat drugs permanently is one in a million. We say it's 7 out
of 10. Yes, a Hard-Core Drug Addict - Clean Permanently.
Helping Addicts, 10,000 at a time:
Victory Outreach Christian Recovery Homes has over 350 live-in Homes in the U.S. and around the world. There
are as many as 10,000 addicts in their program at any one time. These vibrant facilities help men and women
beat substance abuse, leave gangs and prostitution and discover their unique purpose in life. We have centers
in 24 countries from Mexico to the Netherlands to Africa to the Philippines. In fact, we are one of the
largest in-home treatment programs in the world, and the numbers are growing.
A drug user is often a product of his environment. That’s why Victory Outreach Christian Recovery Homes
first gets them off the mean streets and into a caring Home. Once there, the addict begins an intensive
faith-based, one-year program that restores the whole person.
The people who run the Homes know it’s not an easy road, because many of them are ex-addicts themselves.
Yet through their tough-love, compassion and support, they’ve seen tremendous results.
Once an addict completes the Christian Recovery Home, they don’t just release them back into the
environment without a support system. To prevent relapse, many of the Victory Outreach churches continue to offer
support through Discipleship Homes. These Homes help the individual continue to reintegrate into society.
The Rescued to the Rescue:
The emphasis at Victory Outreach Christian Recovery Homes is on creating a lifetime of service to others. Many of
their graduates go on to work with addicts, gangs and other hurting people by helping them know the freedom they
now embrace. The bottom line: Victory Outreach Christian Recovery Homes has an exponential effect in cleaning up a
community. By rescuing one person, they often then, in turn, reach out to many others.
OUR MISSION The Victory Outreach Home is a ministry of the local church. The Home provides a residential, Christian
environment for men and women. The purpose of the Home is to reclaim, redeem, and restore lives that have
been destroyed or disrupted by drugs, alcohol and/or other substance abuse by establishing three essential values;
a commitment to Christ, restoration of the family and a positive work ethic.
